Qualifications

• Applications are welcomed from Solicitors with 2+ years’ experience in commercial property.
• You should have a genuine passion for providing high-quality and holistic legal advice across a broad spectrum of commercial property law.
• You should also be eager to get involved in developing strong relationships with clients.
• Most importantly you should have a proactive and client-focus approach to your work, always striving for excellence in service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Sale and purchase of commercial property.
• Sale of business assets.
• Secured lending, mortgages, and remortgages.
• Landlord and tenant transactions.
• Pension scheme transactions.
• Land registry applications.
• Dealing with section 25 notices.
• Acting on behalf of management companies.
