Job Title: Commercial Property Solicitor
Location: Leeds City Centre with Hybrid Working
Salary Range: £55,000 to £65,000
Contract: Full Time, Permanent

Role Overview & Daily Responsibilities:
Transaction Management: Handle a varied caseload of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and portfolio management.
Client Advisory: Provide practical, commercially sound advice to a diverse client base, including developers, landlords, tenants, and investors.
Drafting & Negotiation: Prepare, negotiate, and review a wide range of property documentation including leases, contracts, licences, and title reports.
Due Diligence: Conduct and analyse property searches, title investigation and other due diligence exercises.
Team Collaboration: Support senior team members on more complex transactions and mentor junior colleagues as required.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all transactions comply with current legal and regulatory requirements.
Client Development: Help maintain strong client relationships and contribute to the development of new business opportunities.
