Commercial Property Solicitor

Location: Harrow

Salary: £70,000-£110,000 + Annual Bonus + Onsite working + Progression + Extensive Perks & Benefits + 'IMMEDIATE START'

My client, an established Legal 500 Property & Real Estate practice, is seeking a 4-6 years PQE Commercial Property Solicitor to join their team. The successful candidate will work alongside motivated Solicitors on a variety of property matters.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Representing companies on commercial and residential investment properties, including HMOs, mixed-use developments, and new builds, acting for lenders and borrowers.
• Handling purchases, sales, auctions, and landlord and tenant work.
• Managing a busy caseload with ample work available.

Progression & Development:

• Opportunity to build relationships with specialty brokers and establish a client following.
• Supported by five paralegals assisting with transaction preparations.
• Potential to progress to Senior Associate in the short term and to Partner in the long term.
