Job summary

G2legal is assisting a leading Kent law firm in Tonbridge to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor (4+ PQE). You will handle a broad range of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant work, secured lending and development projects.

You will advise developers, investors and businesses while collaborating with senior lawyers and key clients, with a clear path for progression in a supportive, collaborative culture at a central Tonbridge location.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' PQE in Commercial Property
• Strong knowledge of commercial real estate transactions
• Client-focused and commercially aware
