Overview

Commercial Property Solicitor, circa 3 yrs PQE. Are you seeking to work for a Legal 500 firm? This is a hybrid role, with benefits including a corporate healthcare plan, life assurance, bonus and incentive scheme and many more.

Our clients are a growing, Gloucestershire based legal practice, with offices in Stroud and Gloucester. The business has been providing legal services to the people of Gloucestershire for over 260 years. They specialise in a vast range of personal and commercial law. They are seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor.

Responsibilities

• Deal with a broad range of clients
• Handle a complex and busy caseload of commercial property matters
• Have excellent client care skills
• Technical ability
• Participate in the firm’s marketing, article drafting, PR, business development, social media and networking activities

Commercial Property Solicitor experience to include

• Circa 3 years PQE
• Proven background in all aspects of commercial property law including buying, selling and leasing
• Demonstrate ability to advise clients on all aspects of commercial property, handling a broad range of commercial agreements including technically demanding documents
• Good working knowledge of property and landlord and tenant law
• Proven track record of building and developing strong client relationships
• Enthusiastic and have an excellent balance between technical ability and commercial awareness
• Ambitious and dynamic with excellent communication skills

Salary: From £45,000+ depending on experience

Work Type: Full Time, Permanent, Flexible/Hybrid – 2 days wfh but in the office for the first 3 months
