COMMERCIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR - NORTH YORKSHIRE

Up to £62K DOE | Hybrid / Flex Hours

I'm currently recruiting for a fantastic opportunity with a highly regarded, client-focused law firm based in North Yorkshire. They're looking to bring on an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor or Fee Earner to join their growing team. Whether you're seeking full-time or reduced hours, this role offers great flexibility, hybrid working, and a clear path for career progression, ideal for someone looking to take that next step in a supportive, values-led environment.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a broad caseload of commercial property matters including: Sales, purchases, leases, landlord & tenant work
  • Agricultural and rural property
  • Option agreements, overage, finance, and more
  • Work with the support of a legal assistant and be part of a genuinely collaborative team
Qualifications
  • Solid experience in commercial property law (around 3+ years PQE or equivalent)
  • Confident handling files independently from instruction to completion
  • Excellent client care and communication skills
  • Proficient in using case management systems (Proclaim is a bonus)
