Within this Commercial Property Solicitor role, you will be working within a collaborative team on various matters including:

• Landlord and tenant
• Development
• Sales and acquisitions
• Leases
• Woodlands
• Agricultural Property
• Telecoms

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor to really establish themselves in a well-regarded legal practice and build up their own, loyal network.

Hours and Benefits

• Working hours 37 per week - 9.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Thursday and 9.00am to 5.00pm Friday
• Starting with 27 days annual leave plus bank holidays

The Candidate

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' relevant PQE, can work well within a close-knit team, and can work well under pressure.
