The Role
The firm is looking for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor with 2+ years PQE to join their team in Salisbury. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor to manage a diverse caseload of commercial property matters within a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a varied caseload of general Commercial Property transactional work.
• Collaborate with senior solicitors within the department to support the ongoing growth of the practice.
• Provide high-quality legal advice to clients, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, offering clear guidance and legal support.

Key Skills and Experience:

• Qualified Solicitor with 2 years experience in Commercial Property
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Demonstrated experience in managing a caseload of clients independently.
• Proficiency with case management systems.
• Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to work well within a team.
• IT proficient, with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
• Enthusiastic, proactive, and positive attitude.
