Overview

Commercial Property Solicitor – This is a wonderful opportunity to join a top Legal 500 firm based in an affluent town of Tunbridge Wells. Our clients have been advising individuals, organisations and businesses for over 40 years and have asked us to find them a further Commercial Property Solicitor to join their award-winning team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will deal with all aspects of commercial real estate, working with three Partners and a Solicitor in their expanding Commercial Property team. They act for the full spectrum of commercial clients in many sectors including planning, education, charities and care. Teamwork is essential as the role will involve transactional work with our Corporate and Commercial team.

Candidate Requirements

This position is ideally suited to a Lawyer with 3+ years PQE and who is seeking a change or an otherwise a step up. The ideal candidate will have a sterling track record obtained with a London or large regional practice, team management skills and an enthusiasm for business development and managing client relations.
