The Opportunity

In this key fee‑earning position, you will join an experienced, supportive real estate team managing transactions across the full commercial property spectrum. Handling matters independently from initial instruction through to completion, you will advise a diverse client base of local business owners, commercial occupiers, property developers, and investors. Key Responsibilities & Requirements

• Qualifications & Experience: Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with a minimum of 4+ years post‑qualification experience (PQE) in commercial property law within a reputable UK private practice.
• Core Commercial Property Technicals: Comprehensive track record managing freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals, corporate occupiers, and complex portfolio matters.
• Landlord & Tenant Expertise: Extensive experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial leases, lease renewals, surrenders, assignments, and variations acting for both landlords and tenants.
• Title & Due Diligence: Advanced capability in conducting thorough title investigations, raising search enquiries, preparing comprehensive report on title documentation, and managing transaction timelines efficiently.
• Client Care & Business Development: Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a practical, solutions‑focused approach to maintaining client relationships and securing repeat instructions.
