A Chambers-listed law firm in Reading is seeking an NQ-4 years PQE Solicitor to join its highly regarded Commercial Property Team. The firm’s clients range from small private businesses and start-ups to multinational PLCs, with everything in between including charities and universities.

Your work will include:

• Office, industrial and retail lettings
• Residential developments
• Investment property
• Secured lending acting for owners & occupiers, sellers & purchasers, and financial institutions

The department works closely with other property teams in the firm, including construction, dispute resolution, tax, finance, social housing, and residential property.
