Service Care Legal are seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor with 3–8 years PQE seeking a fresh challenge within a highly respected Legal 500 firm in South East London. This is a fantastic role for a confident, technically strong, and client-focused individual who is ready to take their career to the next level.

ROLE: Commercial Property Solicitor
PQE: 3 to 8 years’
SALARY: £60,000 to £80,000 per annum plus benefits
LOCATION: South East London

The Role

You will manage your own caseload and contribute to high-value transactions, advising a wide range of clients on:

• Landlord and tenant matters
• Commercial leases and lease renewals
• Sales, purchases and refinancing of commercial property
• Development and investment matters
• Supporting the wider corporate and employment teams on cross-departmental matters
• You will be involved in both standalone advisory work and collaborative, multi-disciplinary projects, giving you exposure to a variety of legal challenges and opportunities.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
• 3–8 years PQE in commercial property (Legal 500 or comparable firm preferred)
• Strong technical knowledge of landlord & tenant law
• Excellent client communication and relationship management skills
• Proven ability to manage a busy caseload independently and work collaboratively within a team
• Positive, professional, and solutions-focused approach
