Commercial Property Solicitor - 2+ PQE

Location: Nottingham

Salary: £40,000 to £75,000

The Firm

My client is a well-established Legal 500 practice in the East Midlands known for their collaborative ethos and commitment to client care. Their Commercial Property team handles work for developers, investors, landlords, tenants, and occupiers, and is expanding.

Responsibilities

1. Manage freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
2. Draft and negotiate commercial leases, including renewals and terminations
3. Advise on development site acquisitions and disposals
4. Handle landlord and tenant matters confidently
5. Support clients with secured lending and property finance transactions
6. Provide property-related advice in corporate transactions

Candidate Profile

• Qualified Solicitor with 1–4 years’ PQE in commercial property
• Strong technical knowledge of property law and transactional work
• Ability to manage own caseload with appropriate supervision
• Excellent communication skills with a client-focused approach
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
