Commercial Property Solicitor, NQ-3 Years PQE, Northamptonshire, £Highly Competitive (DOE) – An exciting new opportunity for a junior Commercial Property Solicitor to join a friendly and supportive team. JOB REF: 0236

Responsibilities:

1. Handle a busy caseload covering standard sales and purchases, Landlord and Tenant, and some development work.
2. Experience with Acquisition and Disposals, Development, Leases, Pension Property Purchases, Planning, Environmental, Construction, Residential Development, and Property Finance would be advantageous.
3. Maintain outstanding communication skills, attention to detail, and work effectively within a team and under tight deadlines.
