Service Care Legal are working with an established law firm in the East Midlands to appoint a Commercial Property Solicitor at NQ–3 years PQE. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is keen to build their career in a supportive, progressive environment.

Role

Role: Commercial Property Solicitor
PQE: NQ to 3 years’
Location: East Midlands
Salary: £40,000 – £60,000 (DOE and interview performance)

Responsibilities

• Run your own matters with direct client contact from day one, while having access to guidance from a highly experienced Commercial Property team, including multiple Partners.
• Leasehold and freehold transactions
• Development and agricultural land
• Acting for SIPPs, SASSs, corporates and individuals
• Lending and secured finance matters

About You

• A qualified solicitor with up to 3 years’ PQE in commercial property
• Strong technical knowledge with excellent drafting and negotiating skills
• Confident managing files and working to deadlines
• Commercially aware, with a proactive approach to client service
