About the Role

An opportunity has arisen for a Property Solicitor to join a long-established, full-service firm in Bristol. The team handles a mix of high street residential conveyancing and small-scale commercial property matters for a loyal local and regional client base.

The role will involve:

• Managing a caseload of residential sales and purchases, leasehold and freehold.
• Advising on small commercial leases, purchases, and refinancing.

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Be a qualified solicitor with 2+ years’ PQE in residential and/or commercial property.
• Be confident managing files from instruction to post-completion.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
