The Role

The firm is looking for a Real Estate Solicitor to join their office in the heart of Newcastle, with a hybrid working model.
The award-winning department has worked on some of the most significant real estate transactions in the North and regularly act for a number of national retail chains, leading house builders, and major players in the property sector.

The department works for a variety of industry sectors, including manufacturing, retail, financial, hotel, leisure, healthcare, and renewable energy, making for a varied and interesting role.

You will handle a caseload that includes high-value real estate matters such as landlord and tenant, land and property acquisition and disposal, property development, property finance, planning, sale and leasebacks, and portfolio management.
