This is a rare opportunity for a junior commercial property solicitor to join a highly regarded regional firm where you'll be exposed to high-calibre work and supported by a genuinely collaborative team from day one.

You’ll be part of an established team where everyone pulls together, and juniors are empowered early. You’ll be trusted to handle lower-complexity matters and support major transactions worth up to £20m, learning directly from experienced senior associates and partners.

Within six months, you'll manage your own caseload and support larger transactions. Within a year, you'll be fully embedded and recognized as a reliable, valuable team member. By year two, you could progress into a mid-level associate role, mentoring others and expanding your client-facing experience.

This role is ideal for someone aiming to build a long-term career in commercial property without the rigid culture or punishing hours of some city firms.
