Salary: £40,000 + (DoE)

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing a broad range of commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, sales, leasing, and development projects.
• Providing expert advice on various commercial property issues, delivering practical and cost-effective solutions tailored to each client's specific requirements.
• Conducting research and reviewing legal documents and case law to ensure precise and thorough advice and adherence to correct procedures.
• Staying current on changes in property law and industry trends, ensuring clients receive the most relevant and timely guidance.
• Leading contract negotiations and preparing legal documents such as leases, agreements, and other property-related contracts with accuracy.
• Offering strategic counsel on property investments and the management of commercial property portfolios.
• Cultivating and maintaining strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for clients.
• Identifying and engaging appropriate experts when specialized knowledge is needed.
• Coordinating all elements of each case to ensure timely delivery and escalating issues as necessary.
• Leveraging professional networks to attract new business and support the firm’s growth objectives.
• Actively managing personal time and billing targets, ensuring compliance with performance goals.
• Supervising, mentoring, and providing training to Trainees, Paralegals, and Support Staff, ensuring their professional growth and achievement of their objectives.
