This highly tiered Legal 500 West End Firm are growing across multiple practice areas, after their continued success. Property is at the heart of what they do and they are looking to expand the team with the addition of a Commercial Property Solicitor 4 PQE.

The Role

This is an exciting role for a Commercial Property solicitor (4+ PQE) to join this leading West End firm. The department is highly tiered in the Legal 500 and this role will involve working with a highly experienced Commercial Property Partner.

You will deal with a broad range of quality matters including sales and acquisitions, landlord and tenant work and some property finance matters for a range of clients including HNWI and luxury retail brands.

• You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor with 4 years PQE
• You will deal with a broad caseload which will include sales and acquisitions, landlord and tenant, property finance and providing some property support on corporate transactions
• This role has excellent prospects for progression – this firm likes to grow organically, with multiple Partners being homegrown
• You will have a good technical knowledge
• You will enjoy building and maintaining excellent client relationships, including with HNW individuals
• Salary is above market rate and negotiable depending on your level of experience, plus an excellent benefits package
