The appointed candidate will handle a range of commercial property matters, advising clients including developers, retailers, social housing, banks, and lending institutions.

  • Manage purchase, sale, and development of commercial properties, including investment opportunities, development projects, and asset management.
  • Handle landlord and tenant matters, provide strategic advice, oversee secured lending and property finance, manage acquisitions and disposals, and act for banks and developers.
  • Demonstrate strong technical expertise, commercial awareness, manage a diverse caseload, and possess excellent communication skills. Proven practice development experience is essential.
