Job description

Role Responsibilities:

This thriving boutique firm is looking for a commercial property solicitor to join and undertake work as part of a team and work on a wide range of commercial property matters, with an emphasis on the childcare and healthcare sectors, including:

  1. Sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold commercial properties.
  2. Grant of new lease / lease renewals.
  3. Commercial property aspects of corporate transactional work, including M&A transactions, company re-structuring and re-financing matters.

There will also be an opportunity to become involved with the firm’s marketing and business development initiatives, including:

  1. Creating and maintaining client and referral relationships.
  2. Launching online marketing campaigns.

Ideal Candidate:

  1. 3 - 6+ PQE.
  2. Excellent technical and project management skills.
  3. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  4. Able to use your initiative and solve problems independently.
  5. Able to work effectively under pressure.
  6. Be enthusiastic and flexible with a team approach to working.
  7. Interested in entrepreneurship, marketing and business development initiatives.
