Job Description:

Matthew James Recruitment are seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join our client on a permanent contract.

My client will consider individuals with a range of experience between NQ to 3 years PQE. You will have the opportunity to work independently, manage your own caseload and have direct client contact from the start to the end of transactions. You will also benefit from the guidance and support of the wider Commercial Property teams covering Northamptonshire, including 6 Partners. We are committed to the development of our staff with defined career plans in place and a fantastic team culture.

This is a role where your voice will be heard, with genuine scope for a challenging, but supported career. On top of that, youll have first-class support from our award-winning Marketing Team, to assist with business development opportunities.

Scope of work

Youll have the opportunity to work on a range of property matters, including, but not limited to:

  • leases
  • freehold property
  • agricultural property
  • acting for SIPPS/SASSs, corporates, individuals
  • dealing with commercial lenders
  • Option Agreements, Promotion Agreements, and Overage

And pretty much anything else you may come across in commercial property work.
