The role

The firm are seeking to hire a Commercial Property Solicitor into their vibrant Manchester City Centre office.

The Real Estate Department is highly Ranked in the Legal 500 and deals with some of the Largest Commercial Portfolios in the North West.

The Commercial Property department deals with an exceptional quality of work acting for a broad client base. You will work as part of a highly experienced team; the caseload will be varied making for a more interesting role. Work will include; Acquisitions and disposals, Landlord and tenant, Commercial Leases.

You will be working with within a Leading Team with a large and varied clientele.

Requirements:

• You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor who is a 1+ years PQE+
• You will have experience of Landlord & Tenant Matters.
