About the Role

We are seeking solicitors who are driven by making a difference for clients, colleagues, and the community. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical and procedural knowledge and enjoy sharing expertise with junior team members.

You will be part of a busy legal team handling high-quality, complex, and diverse commercial property matters. Reporting directly to the Partner/Head of Commercial Property, you will contribute to delivering a well-organized and efficient team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Managing a variety of commercial property cases, including acquisitions, disputes, and landlord/tenant issues (e.g., leases, licences, alterations).
2. Handling funding arrangements related to property acquisitions.
3. Preparing auction contracts and managing sales within tight deadlines.
4. Identifying legal risks and advising clients on mitigation strategies, ensuring compliance with regulations.
5. Collaborating with other departments such as real estate, corporate, and finance to deliver integrated solutions.
6. Building strong client relationships through excellent service and communication.
7. Managing multiple transactions simultaneously, ensuring timely completion.
8. Prioritizing urgent matters while maintaining attention to detail.
9. Maintaining accurate records of ongoing cases.
