Commercial Property Solicitor, 5+ Years PQE, Surrey, £55,000-£65,000 (DOE)

A new opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join an impressive team in Surrey. Job Ref: 9618.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Support the Head of Department and contribute to the growth of the property practice.
  2. Handle a diverse caseload of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, Landlord & Tenant issues, and investment property transactions.
  3. Work effectively within a team in a supportive environment, with opportunities for hybrid working.
Candidate Requirements
  1. Minimum of 5 Years PQE gained with a leading law firm.
  2. Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
  3. Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
