Job Title: Commercial Property Solicitor

Location: Oxted, Surrey (flexible/hybrid working available)

Salary: Competitive and negotiable, depending on experience

Working Pattern: Full-time | 1 day working from home

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and commercially astute Commercial Property Solicitor to join our growing team in Oxted. This role offers an exciting opportunity to become part of a friendly, collaborative team dealing with high-quality work and a strong local and regional client base.

The successful candidate will manage a broad caseload of commercial property matters and contribute to the continued success of the firm’s property offering in the Surrey area.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on a wide range of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, landlord and tenant matters, and property finance.
• Manage transactions from initial instruction through to post-completion.
• Work directly with a varied client base including SMEs, investors, developers, and commercial landlords/tenants.
• Support business development initiatives and maintain excellent client relationships.
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments and offices as needed.

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor with ideally 2+ years PQE in commercial property (other levels of experience also considered).
• Strong background in handling a full range of commercial property matters independently.
• Excellent client care, communication, and organisational skills.
• Commercial awareness and a proactive, solution-focused approach.
• Ability to thrive in a supportive, team-based environment.
