The role offers an attractive salary ranging from £35,000 to £50,000 per annum plus a bonus scheme. The ideal candidate will have expert knowledge in property law, which is essential.

What You Will Do

• Draft, negotiate, and manage documentation for property acquisitions, leases, sales, and financing.
• Advise on title investigations, land registration, and property due diligence.
• Handle landlord and tenant matters, including lease agreements and renewals.
• Provide legal support for the development, acquisition, and operation of renewable energy projects such as wind, solar, and hydroelectric facilities.
• Draft and negotiate contracts, including Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs), connection agreements, and joint ventures.
• Advise on regulatory compliance, land use, and environmental matters related to renewable energy projects.
