We’re working with a top-tier commercial property team that is looking to bring an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor on board. This is an exceptional opportunity for a driven and ambitious lawyer to work on a broad range of complex, high-quality matters.

About the Role:

In this role, you’ll handle a diverse caseload including acquisitions and disposals, sales and purchases, landlord and tenant matters, leases, and other core commercial property work. You’ll also play an active part in business development initiatives to support the continued growth of the team. Ideally you will have a network of contacts who are able to instruct you on future matters.

What We’re Looking For:

• A qualified Commercial Property Solicitor with a minimum of 6 years’ PQE
• Strong technical expertise combined with commercial awareness and clear, concise communication skills
• Proven experience advising both corporate clients and high-net-worth individuals
• A proactive approach to client service and practice development
• Background in a recognised commercial property team—regional, city, or national
