Commercial Property Solicitor

A law firm has a requirement for a Commercial Property Solicitor in their south Dorset office. The firm are an established regional law firm with offices in the South West and employ a number of very talented lawyers. Further demand in their Commercial Property team has driven the department to continue its expansion with the hire of another Commercial Property Solicitor.

The Role requires a Commercial Property Solicitor to be responsible for managing a varied and extremely interesting case load of commercial property transactions including:

- Development agreements
- Developer land acquisitions and plot sales
- Acquisition, sales and refinancing of freehold & leasehold commercial premises
- Advising and negotiation on commercial leases for both landlord and tenant

Previous experience gained within an established commercial property practice is required. The opportunity will enable the Commercial Property Solicitor to work closely with clients to provide both practical and commercial solutions.
The successful candidate must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
There are excellent long term prospects for the successful candidate.

Salary dependent upon experience.
