Salary:Up to £85,000

We are delighted to be working with a Legal 500 recognised firm seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their successful and expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a highly regarded Commercial Property team, offering a broad caseload and direct client contact from the outset.

You will be part of a wider Commercial Property group across Northamptonshire, supported by a collaborative and experienced team. This is a firm that actively invests in its people, offering a structured career development path, a supportive working culture, and regular access to business development initiatives led by their award-winning Marketing Team.

The Role

You will be responsible for handling a diverse range of commercial property transactions, including:

  • Commercial leases (acting for both landlords and tenants)
  • Freehold acquisitions and disposals
  • Development land and related agreements
  • Agricultural property matters
  • Acting for SIPPs/SASSs, corporates, and private individuals
  • Commercial finance and lender work
  • Option Agreements, Promotion Agreements, and Overage arrangements
