Job description

Commercial Property Solicitor

Location: Eastbourne or Battle

Hours: 9am - 5pm, Monday - Friday, hybrid available after probation.

Salary: £45k - £60k depending on experience, plus bonus

Our client is expanding their Commercial Property department and looking for a new Solicitor to join their successful team in either Eastbourne or Battle.

Duties

Supported by a full-time assistant, you will manage a caseload of commercial matters including property sales and purchases, land sales and purchases, and lease negotiations. There is the opportunity to take on corporate work, subject to having appropriate training and experience.

You will be
  1. A qualified Solicitor with at least 2 years PQE in commercial property.
  2. A great communicator with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  3. Well organised and able to work well to deadlines and with multiple objectives at one time.
