Responsibilities

• Run a commercial property caseload independently from instruction to completion.
• Advise clients on acquisitions, disposals, leases, and property-related matters.
• Draft and negotiate contracts, leases, and related documentation.
• Manage transactions from initial instruction through to completion.
• Liaise with clients, agents, lenders, and third parties.
• Maintain high standards of client care and communication.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

The Role

• Managing a varied caseload of commercial property matters from instruction through to completion
• Advising clients on a broad range of commercial property transactions
• Handling acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant matters, and lease negotiations
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial property documentation
• Advising a diverse client base including businesses, developers, landlords, and investors
• Providing clear, practical, and commercially focused legal advice
• Building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships
• Supporting the continued growth and development of the Commercial Property team
