With 3+ years' PQE, you will work closely with senior partners in a supportive, flexible environment that values progression, mentoring and work-life balance. The firm offers a discretionary bonus, flexible working, healthcare and pension, 25 days leave and ongoing training.

• Manage a varied commercial property caseload including acquisitions, disposals and landlord/tenant matters.
• Negotiate and renew leases and handle development transactions.
• Assist with property finance and secured lending and provide client guidance.
