The Firm

This Legal 500 West End practice is well known for its strength in Real Estate, regularly acting on complex, high-value transactions that match the quality of work seen at leading City firms. Established by ex-City partners, the firm has become a destination for ambitious lawyers seeking top-quality work without sacrificing balance, progression, or culture.

The firm advises an impressive client base, including institutional investors, developers, corporates, and high-net-worth individuals. With a strong pipeline of new instructions, the Real Estate team continues to expand and is now looking for an experienced solicitor to join at mid-level.

The Role

The firm is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor (3+ PQE) to join its established West End office.

This is a role offering real responsibility, where you’ll be trusted to run your own files and play a key role in client relationships, while still benefiting from partner support when needed.

Typical matters will include:

• Acquisitions and disposals of commercial property
• Investment and development work
• Landlord and tenant matters, including portfolio management
• Acting for both investors and high-profile corporates on complex asset management issues

At this level, you’ll also have the chance to supervise junior lawyers and play a part in the team’s continued growth.

About You

• 3+ years’ PQE in commercial property gained at a recognised practice
• Confident in managing your own caseload with minimal supervision
• Strong technical and commercial skills, with the ability to take a client-facing role
