The Recruiter Specialists Ltd is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a long-standing provincial firm in central Essex. The role requires a minimum of 3 years PQE and the ability to handle a busy caseload with limited supervision.

The team handles landlord and tenant, property finance, sales and acquisitions, private lending, and development work. Hybrid working is supported with a generous salary and benefits package.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Take over an existing, busy commercial property caseload.
• Advise on landlord and tenant matters and property financing.
• Assist with development site promotions and related agreements.
