The Role

• Handle a range of commercial property transactions, including buying and selling land, acquiring development sites, securing funding, and negotiating business leases for various premises such as retail units, restaurants, warehouses, industrial buildings, and educational establishments.
• Represent a diverse client base, including private investors, developers, occupiers, high net worth individuals, retailers, lenders, and borrowers.

Requirements

• Be a Commercial Property Solicitor or Legal Executive, ideally with 2+ years PQE. However, the firm is open to considering NQ candidates.
