Overview

Sellick Partnership is proud to be working with a well-established and respected legal practice, seeking an Experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join their busy and collaborative commercial property team. This is a great opportunity to join a dedicated department specialising in commercial property matters.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a varied and complex caseload including commercial leases, acquisitions, disposals, development agreements, and related due diligence.
  • Take ownership of cases, provide expert advice to clients, and liaise with landlords, tenants, agents, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure the smooth and timely progression of matters while maintaining excellent client care.
Qualifications
  • Qualified solicitor with substantial experience in commercial property law.
  • Confident in handling complex transactions, proactive in managing workload, and skilled at building strong client relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach; able to work collaboratively within a supportive team.
