Job description

A Commercial Property Solicitor is required to join a Legal 500 Law Firm based in Bristol on a full-time permanent basis. This is an opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor to become a member of an established law firm that upholds its reputation for providing exceptional service to its clientele.

Title: Commercial Property Solicitor

Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 DOE

Contract: Full-time permanent, Hybrid/Flexible working

Location: Bristol

Key Responsibilities of the Commercial Property Solicitor:

• Advise clients on buying, selling, and leasing commercial property.
• Draft and negotiate contracts, leases, and other property agreements.
• Manage property transactions from start to finish.
• Conduct due diligence, including title checks and searches.
• Work with clients across sectors like retail, hospitality, and development.
• Handle landlord and tenant matters, including lease renewals and disputes.
• Provide clear, commercial legal advice tailored to client needs.

Desirable Skills and Requirements of the Commercial Property Solicitor:

• 2+ years PQE in Commercial Property law.
• Be able to handle own cases from start to finish.
• Take a client-focused approach to every case.
• Demonstrate the enthusiasm and ambition to develop their career.
• Be able to work as part of a fun, friendly, and dynamic team.
• Interest and ability to help grow the business and find new opportunities.
• Strong motivation to produce high-quality work and documents consistently.
