Commercial Property SolicitorA Birmingham office of a UK law firm has a requirement for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their 50 + strong department.The Commercial Property department work on all aspects of real estate transactions, often on projects such as hospitals and power station regeneration( as examples) providing high quality, diverse and consistent levels of work. The opportunity provides excellent career prospects with ample career development and partner support.The Commercial Property Solicitor will involve dealing with landlord and tenant, asset management, high value property transactions, development, re-development and regeneration whilst working closely with senior lawyers and Partners in the team.The role has excellent and genuine career prospects.Salary to £70,000
