Job summary

OA Recruitment is partnering with a well-established law firm in Milton Keynes to appoint a Commercial Property Solicitor. The role offers a salary of £42,000 - £50,000 DOE, hybrid working, and a supportive environment where client relationships and career development are valued.

You will manage your own caseload of commercial property matters, providing high-quality advice and building lasting client relationships across the firm.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years’ PQE in Commercial Property.
• Experience managing your own caseload with appropriate supervision.

Responsibilities

• Managing a varied caseload of commercial property transactions from start to finish.
• Providing clear, practical and commercially focused legal advice.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.

• Supporting senior team members on more complex matters.
• Getting involved in networking, marketing and business development activities.

• Salary: £42,000 - £50,000 depending on experience
• Location: Milton Keynes, with occasional travel to Bedford
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
• Hybrid working: Up to 2 days working from home following successful completion of probation

What will you be doing?

You’ll be responsible for managing your own caseload of commercial property matters, providing high-quality legal advice and building lasting relationships with clients.
