The Role

As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will:

• Manage a varied caseload including acquisitions, disposals, leases, developments, and secured lending work

• Work alongside Partners and senior lawyers on high-value, complex deals that shape Northern Ireland's property market

• Deliver clear, practical advice to developers, investors, funders, and leading businesses

• Contribute to business development and play an active role in client relationship management

About You

• Qualified Solicitor in Northern Ireland with 2+ years' PQE in commercial property law

• Strong technical knowledge and a commercially minded approach

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build long-term client relationships

• Ambitious, collaborative, and motivated to progress within a top-tier team
