Job summary

William James Recruitment is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a Legal 500 firm in North Oxfordshire. The role targets X2 with 1–5 PQE and focuses on landlord/tenant work, acquisitions and disposals, and a strong client-care ethos.

The successful candidate will handle a varied caseload for occupiers, investors and corporate clients, while also engaging in BD and mentoring junior lawyers. Excellent work-life balance and a competitive remuneration package are on offer.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor X2 to join a Legal 500 firm in North Oxfordshire.

The firm's commercial property team handles a full range of matters including large corporate transactions for FTSE backed companies as well as privately run companies, acting for clients internationally, nationally and regionally.

The Role

The Candidate

• 1-5 PQE Commercial Property Solicitor X2
• Strong experience across landlord and tenant and acquisitions / disposals
• Confident running a full caseload with minimal supervision
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• Experience or interest in mentoring and developing junior lawyers in the future
• Commercially aware with a proactive approach to business development
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
