Job summary

A leading Northern Ireland law firm in Belfast is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Commercial Property team. The role covers acquisitions, disposals, leasing, development and asset management for clients across NI and beyond.

You will work with experienced partners and senior lawyers, taking ownership of matters and developing strong client relationships, with a supportive, collaborative environment and hybrid working arrangements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ PQE in Commercial Property
• Strong technical and drafting skills
• Experience managing transactions from inception to completion
• Excellent client relationship and communication skills
• A commercial and pragmatic approach to problem-solving

A leading Northern Ireland law firm is seeking to appoint a Senior Associate to join its highly regarded Commercial Property team in Belfast.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor to join a well-established practice with a strong market reputation and an impressive portfolio of clients across a range of sectors including commercial development, investment, retail, hospitality and asset management.

The Role

You will advise a broad client base on a wide variety of commercial property matters across NI and E&W, including:

• Acquisitions and disposals
• Commercial leasing
• Property finance transactions
• Development projects
• Landlord and tenant matters
• Asset management work
• Due diligence and title investigations

The successful candidate will work closely with experienced partners and senior lawyers while taking ownership of matters and building strong client relationships.
