This is an opportunity at a boutique law firm specialising in all aspects of commercial real estate and finance transactions.

You will work across a broad spectrum of Commercial Property matters, including Investment and Development.

They act for some of the industry’s most successful developers as well as leading commercial real estate investors, including funds, private property companies, private family offices, and high-net-worth individuals, both onshore and offshore.

The firm typically handles deals around £100 million and has no time recording or billable hours targets.

They are particularly interested in candidates familiar with overage agreements.

If you have at least 7 years PQE, excellent academics, and experience at a leading London law firm, but are now seeking a move to a smaller firm where you can become a Partner, then this could be the opportunity for you.
