Overview

Service Care Legal are currently working with a respected and dynamic Scottish law firm seeking to appoint a Commercial Property Senior Associate / Director to their growing Glasgow-based team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior-level lawyer to lead on complex and high-value transactions, support team development, and play a key role in the growth of the commercial property practice.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage complex sales, acquisitions, development, and funding transactions, along with commercial leasing matters
  • Provide high-quality legal and strategic advice to clients across a range of sectors
  • Supervise and mentor junior solicitors and paralegals
  • Participate in departmental business meetings and contribute to team strategy
Candidate Requirements
  • Qualified Solicitor with significant experience in commercial property (PQE flexible for the right candidate)
  • Strong technical expertise in complex transactions, including leasing, funding, and development
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver practical, commercial legal solutions
  • Experience in supervising and supporting the development of junior team members
