We are working with an established and forward-thinking firm seeking a Senior Commercial Property Solicitor to join their dynamic team in Reading.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and experienced lawyer to work on a broad range of high-value transactions, contribute to the growth of the department, and play an active role in developing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Handling a diverse portfolio of commercial property matters, including acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold premisesPreparing and negotiating commercial leases, lease extensions, and related agreements such as licences to assign, underlet, or alterAdvising both landlords and tenants on asset and portfolio managementProviding property-related input on corporate transactionsActing on secured lending matters for both lenders and borrowersRecognising legal and commercial risks and advising clients on appropriate strategiesLiaising confidently with clients, other professionals, and external parties throughout transactionsSupporting business development efforts and contributing to the firm's presence in the local commercial market
