Role Purpose

We seek an experienced transactional property lawyer to join our Property Team, known for its activity and respect in the region. The team advises on diverse property transactions, including disposals, acquisitions, development, finance, landlord and tenant matters, renewable energy, and residential conveyancing. We work with notable clients like The Old Station Nursery Ltd, Palletline, AF Blakemore, London & Cambridge Properties, Urban Splash, and others. This role is ideal for ambitious candidates eager to develop client relationships and manage key transactions, including high-value and complex projects. There are opportunities to support corporate work and residential or commercial development transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic, pragmatic advice with strong commercial awareness.
• Draft and negotiate legal documents such as contracts, leases, licences, deeds, and options.
• Manage a busy caseload, ensuring compliance and professionalism.
• Handle client relationships, including file management, due diligence, and reporting.
• Supervise and mentor junior team members.
