G2 Legal Limited is seeking a Commercial Property Paralegal to support a busy Stoke-on-Trent team. You will assist solicitors with freehold and leasehold transactions, draft documents and keep files up to date while delivering excellent client service.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial property or interest in this area of law.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
• Confident communication with clients and colleagues.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Good IT skills and experience with case management systems.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with freehold and leasehold acquisitions, disposals, leases and other commercial property transactions.
• Preparing legal documentation, drafting correspondence and completing forms required throughout the conveyancing process.
• Managing files efficiently by maintaining accurate records and updating the firm’s case management system.
• Liaising with clients, solicitors, lenders, agents and other third parties to ensure transactions progress smoothly.
• Carrying out legal research, obtaining searches and responding to routine enquiries under the supervision of experienced fee earners.
• Supporting the completion of transactions by coordinating documentation and ensuring key deadlines are met.
• Providing high levels of client care through professional, timely and effective communication.
• Assisting with departmental administration and ensuring compliance with internal procedures.
