Job description

Commercial Property Manager

Leading property consultancy is seeking an additional Commercial Property Manager to join the team. The role will contribute to the department's ongoing success and expansion. Initially, you will work closely with the Senior Director and will have the opportunity to manage your own client relationships from day one.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage commercial properties for institutional and international clients
  • Lead junior team members and support wider business operations
  • Handle lease events, tenant communications, and client reporting
  • Monitor service charge budgets, arrears, and financial reporting
  • Support business development and cross-sell opportunities
  • Liaise with Facilities Managers, Helpdesk, and internal teams

About You

  • Ideally MRICS qualified (not essential) with experience in commercial property management
  • Strong understanding of leases, L&T legislation, and office market trends
  • Skilled in client-facing roles and team management
  • Confident with property accounting and service charge processes

The role could be based in Leeds or Manchester City Centres and manage properties around Yorkshire and North West Regions. The position is suitable for someone at Senior Surveyor or Associate level, seeking the next step, with a salary circa £45,000 - £55,000 + exceptional benefits, depending on experience.
